Unfortunately RPGmaker2k3 projects are NOT directly transferable to SNES --- BUT, you could use a snes-style controller for a similar feel!

The controller feel is also authentic in pc, but I was talking more of the feel of having the game in an actual cartridge and put on my wall by his brothers. There is something about the gray plastic that makes it so enjoyable. However i'll take whatever i can, and this is a great game. Excellent job
