I was taking a look at this pack, and I am the original creator of the plasma waves shader. It is under the CCO license and you are free to use it.
Thank you for the awesome work. I used a modified version of your shader in one of my personal prototype project and ended up in this pack. However I removed it given the copyright concern - and thanks for clarifying. Keep up the good work!
