Thank you PaperWyvern! There is a day/night cycle, so there will be a bit of daylight if you wait for it. Will try and give the option to change time in a future update.

Day/night duration has been adjusted, plus you will be able to cycle through a couple of time settings (morning/mid-day/evening/night) for more convenience 😉
