Hmm, I'm not quite sure then.  It is in the bedtime massage section, he has to be in the last stage (bar filled above 75%, fully on his back with head tilted backwards), then rubbing around his slit up and down should make his pp come out and should initiate the handjob animation if you continue.  It's pretty silly, nothing worth too much effort, and the coding is pretty iffy so it can be a bit awkward.  I feel bad for not making more material but I haven't been actively playing with unity and gamemaking for a good while!
