open the data.win with utmt and ill start with the older versions (grapebuildv1 and/or older) so all you wanna do is go to obj_init then go to the create code and once you find this line of code 
remove if (global.isplaytester) line of code and remove everything from down of the else code and badaboom it should be like this
also ignore the maynia thing i used that because im using an later version that has the obj_init left over and the later version haves the maynia thing so the older ones should be fekles
and to acess the debug command go to obj_shell then go to the step code and then find line 30 and if you see the global.isplaytester thing again 
then remove the && global.isplaytester but dont remove the ) and then save the thing and badaboom a functionable build
