Rather than a guide, it's recommended to choose a better charisma stat to make it easier for you.
How do i level charisma
It's not legally possible; you'd have to start a new game and max it out from the beginning. But I recommend trying your luck: take Eleaine's money and buy coupons. You usually win anywhere from $900 to maybe $2000.
I already have a bit of money there, so no need to steal but where do I buy the coupons
