Fun game! the fact buying upgrades has downsides and not only upsides is a bit weird, with clicker games you the fun usually comes from a feeling of constant growth, and here the growth comes with higher compilence and taxes so there's some nuanc to it. I think the game handled the cool idea in a bad way, though. Just increasing some numbers by set amounts is not really that interesting. still, the core clicker gameplay is fun, and you even start with some stuff, which is nice. also the random events didn't really do much, except for once where it just instantly made me lose which felt unfair. Music was nice, but it felt unrelated to the game's casino theming.
