I have some questions:
Choosing "wild" in some scenes it means choosing dark ruote?
If i do the "good" playthrough is there a way to see the dark scenes in the gallery or replays or i should play a second playthrough?
Is there a way to know in which route i am with the characters.

No, mild/wild scenes are optional and do not affect the story.
Good/Dark paths are clearly marked and won't show up in the gallery because the game will only show what you've played through.
If you want to fill up the full gallery 100% it requires 3 different playthroughs while picking different options because there are 3 different paths leading to 3 massive endings with very different outcomes.
