check that it is 0.36, that you used parley beforehand and that you really are at 80 COR or above, it starts after the usual scene

stats can go over 10 as well and are natural numbers, % comes into play with item drops and... that’s it, as a few of the many stat checks also compare actual numbers, despite them using a d100 die
I tried it, but it still didn’t work.
If Cor >80, submit should work and give you the Scene. If not, it is buggy or something else is missing.
