Okay, so haiii! (and now actual feedback) So it’s a visual novel (so it's pretty simple gameplay-wise), and it's a pretty solid one at that! The writing is fabulous, and the choice to swap the labels works well with the theme and the idea. However, the implementation of your art needed some help. For example, the character portraits are partly covered/behind the text area, making it hard to see. Another thing would be having some variance in the portrait to show more character for the characters.

Now, as an audio guy... It's time for some audio judging. The OST is actually really solid. There’s a nice amount of variance in the tracks/songs themselves, and they work well together. (The instrumentation is similar, it feels very cohesive.) One thing is that I would love some better transitions from track to track. Either fading in/out cross fading or having stingers to use as transitions, instead of just cutting to the next track.

My biggest thing is that there are no SFX! Right now, the absence of SFX makes the experience feel a bit too clean, almost sterile. Some text/voice blips, a UI SFX for pressing buttons, just something to add texture to the game.  But more importantly, the labels should have sound. A faint glass hum or ringing gives them presence. When you swap them, that’s a moment, add a soft crack, shimmer, or warped glass sound to sell it. You can also layer in light character-based textures (phone ticks for Marcus, or paper rustling for Priya) to reinforce identity.

Overall, I think you've got a great foundation it just needs some polishing (and SFX!)

Thank you very much! I will take this into consideration, obviously I couldn't.. do all the polish I wanted as time constraints, but the sound of the labels I didnt .. take into thoughts
