Steps for Linux Users:

  1. Download the zip file and extract it.
  2. In Steam add the RevengeV2.exe file as a Non-Steam Game
  3. Right-Click the RevengeV2.exe in the Steam Library and go to Properties...
  4. Go to Compatibility and Force Compatibility, try Proton Experimental or anything you'd like, for me Proton Experimental was NOT working, everything was dark in-game, so move on
  5. Get ProtonPlus
  6. In Proton Plus, select Steam (should be some icon or menu on the top/top-left you can click and select Steam)
  7. Under GE-Proton, download the latest (I had GE-Proton-10-28 so I just used that)
  8. Start the game
  9. When the game starts it will say it's compiling shaders. You need to wait like even a minute for it to start, BUT if it doesn't, you can click Skip, it was not an issue for me the first time I played it.
  10. Enjoy the game!

Haven't tried Lutris or wine. If you did please comment to help fellow Linux Gamers!

Thank you!  This works on my steam deck now!  The only thing I would add to your steps is that in compiling shaders, I had to wait about a minute before it showed progress, then it went pretty quickly.  So if you only wait 10-15 seconds before skipping you might miss out on this step.
