I am upset because I had a whole massive review comment ready and it just disappeared on me. But I am definitely going to write it again because I had a blast with this.
This game was just an awesome fever dream. There are so many mechanics and features in this game that were and are not easy at all to implement, especially in the time constraint you had. Voice acting, dialogue, fishing minigame (which had a bunch of sub-features like applying bait and more), currency, selling, buying... IT IS VERY IMPRESSIVE to get all this done in such a small time.
Now the assets... as I said, a 'fever dream'. There is a mix of all sorts of art in here, hand-drawn pictures, real-life pictures, pixel art and more. Maybe some people might be put off by the mashup but I found it charming. I got the impression you had fun making the game, and that made me inherently happy. AND THE MUSIC!? wild. I loved it. It did lack in a horror sense, but none the less, it was so fun. Had a blast.
