Secondly, does the current build of the game include the Unity hotfix (like it was updated on Steam October 8, 2025)?
Just asking because the latest devlog is from December 12, 2023 (so 2 years before) with game version 2.1.2 and that has not changed.
Hello mterme! We indeed made an emergency patch on Steam, but unfortunately we can't apply the same patch on DRM-free versions of the game.
We're currently updating all our games properly to a newer version of Unity which will include the hotfix, but we're a small team and that takes more time than we would have hoped, as we also have to focus on our next game and its specific deadlines.
We'll update our builds on every platform when they're ready and we apologize for the delay.
