The v0.2 version is for pc only - if you tried to play it on mobile, I'm afraid it's not going to work.
If you want to play on mobile, you can wait until v0.3 releases as it's the first version that I've made possible to play on mobile, too (it goes free in 4 days or so, for now it's for my Patreon memebers only)
If you're on pc, then I have no clue what seems to be the problem - you should be able to unpack and click the .exe file to launch the game
