The Gen for the custom cards doesn't super matter, it's more for organizational purposes. It's using the same structure that I made for the official cards, I just extended it for the customs. A case could be that someone may want to make a whole set of customs, but then wants a few more, but might not want to add them to their main set, so there's extra room for that.
