This looks very cool, I am excited to try to run it! Sorry for asking here, but do you have any advice on how to handle the main roleplaying part of the game? With that I mean the section after the rolls have been made for the epoch and before choosing an ethos. Do you, for example, just collaboratively decide on the broad strokes of what happens?

Hi... thank you so much for your interest in our game! It's meant to be very free-form... during our playtest, we had some variation but generally found ourselves mutually discussing the setting and the stakes, doing a little worldbuilding, and then jumping straight to the "climax" of the current epoch for a direct one-on-one dialogue/taking turns to do dramatic description for one key scene... something like a forest fire, a bull run, a duel, a star imploding, before determining what happened and finding an ethos. The game can also be played in an epistolary manner, like through text or email, in which case something similar might be done. Hope this helps!
