ill admit my only language is English and just wanted to ask on what the state of the English translation is and if its mostly playable? also if there is a rough guess on when the English version might be done?

there is an unofficial official english translation included in the game iirc, by Sugoi Soy Boy. From what I remember he pretty much translated everything that is relevant to the game.

English and CHT both always have a fully readable tier gameplay experience you could also get the mtltool linked on the front page to translate the slivers of untranslated content which account for a tiny minority of the texts
