English and CHT both always have a fully readable tier gameplay experience you could also get the mtltool linked on the front page to translate the slivers of untranslated content which account for a tiny minority of the texts

this text can't be read unless you scale the game by integer and replace the game font with a pixel font its intentionally meant to be hard to read
