I figured it out, You have to make the net like this:
They can't touch each other an have to be diagonal.

thank you :D and that works too! each stone has to touch exactly 2 other stones, where diagonals count as touching :D so

won't work because the corners will make stones touch in 4 places, but something like

works because there are no corners
