This game is effectively done, as is GutterTrash. Chapter 3 work is ongoing, and I share updates on the GutterTrash dev log section roughly every 3 months.
I...Is this an April Fools joke? Sarcasm? Just to be safe: Cruel Serenade is a planned five part (chapter) series. This is part 1. GutterTrash is part 2. "Chapter 3", currently in development, is part 3. So very much still in development.
Oh, I was going to tell a joke, but I don't know how you might take it, good or bad, so I'd better not say it. But changing the subject, it's great that you're continuing with the game.
