so i saved in the sub-basement and i think it might have cause a bug where the terminal is not getting updated with the new quest. as it constantly shows no quests available.
make sure you've completed both "Irradiated" and the gecko quest.
I was accidently running the previous version. my bad. i downloaded the latest and forgot to delete the previous version
