Oh man, this explains a lot - I'm on a Mac, so directories with "." on the start count as hidden by default. :D So the ".png" folder is indeed in the zip as it should be. Sorry for the confusion :)
It didn't even occur to me to check if there were any hidden files, but thanks a lot for your help :)
