for anyone intimidated using windows: extract the zip file somewhere, enter the head-mingw folder and click on citra-qt.exe and it literally just works i am so happy
i figured it out! ignore it saying that and go to the top left where it says file, then find ur tomadachi one and keep clicking as it leads u further into your folder for it, then it will work on one of the files.
