Yeah, they living off interest and doing nothing. Surly they have fines to pay for unfulfilled contracts, or storage costs?
Yeah, that's the problem with fabless companies. Unlike foundries and normal CPU companies, they don't have any mandatory expenses (maintenance costs). So if they do nothing, they can basically live forever
