Thank you for letting me know. This is quite a massive bug, so I immediately fixed it.
If you're interested in knowing why this happened, you were right in thinking the Healing Sun was related to it. The remaining cooldown of the Healing Sun was overwriting the remaining cooldown of the Solar Flare.
I won't force people to update, so you can still choose to use this version to play with other people if you want to lol
