Why do levels drop when you switch people around in the party?

I had everyone at level 4, then I got Jace, switched her out with Keeper, and when I switched them back Keeper was back at level 1. Before I noticed, I had switched Keeper with the main character to see if I could. When I put my MC back, they were back at level 2.

All upgrades were removed.

It's a strange bug, sorry for that(

I don't remember did it fixed in upcoming update or not, hope I won't forget to check when get home

Did you swap accessories between characters? Probably because of that, it was fixed in upcoming update

No, I didn't swap items. Equipment and levels were removed when I swapped party members.

I lost a fight against the Ghost, but that was before I got Jace, and I didn't have any equipment yet.
