Are you sure you have extracted the zip file first? So you download the zip file which is a single file. Then you need to right click on the zip file and select "extract all". This will create a new folder where all the extracted files will be stored.

In the folder you should see a file named "CosyCafe.exe". In the same folder there should be 3 other folders: "game", "lib" and "renpy". If those are not there, you either downloaded the wrong file or you haven't extracted all the files.

Be careful! There are more and more bot accounts which create separate fake itch accounts, steal the design and upload malware. When you check the size of the extracted folder, version 0.13.0 should be around 9.48 GB. If it's just a few MB, it's most likely malware.

So make sure you only download from official sources. In case you may have downloaded a fraudulent version and tried running it, you should check your system for malware and probably change all your passwords. Most of these malware nowadays are trojans to steal your account information (steam, discord, ...)

I always forget to mention, the actual game will usually just read "CosyCafe" as in default configuration the windows explorer does not show the extensions. So you may not see the ".exe". There would be 3 files named CosyCafe in that case. The exe should have a size of about 102KB
