something I noticed while hovering over some options are that the descriptions for ultra violence and lewd are swapped. I have not started playing yet so I'm unaware if that also means the toggles themselves are swapped
They are swapped and it will be fixed on an up coming V0.15 QOL fixes with rebinds and dialog fixes. On the topic of ultra violence, it's mainly a placeholder and the harshest one it filters is concussing a lizardman with a tail swipe and eating them... so no gore.
