I get what you mean
In my case I'm all about breast + ass expansion, and I'm totally fine with weight gain/fat stuff too. But vore and blimping (I think that's what it's called?) is just something I feel pretty indifferent toward. It doesn't really appeal to me. Like, I wouldn't mind if any of it is in the full game at all, and if it's needed to progress I'd totally do it, it's just not something I'd go out of my way to interact with constantly
