Big fan of this LCP, just a couple of minor observations.

The Fragmentation Launcher seems quite weak for what it is. Cone 3 isn't a particularly large area, smaller than a Blast 1, and 1d3+2 is about the same damage profile as a 1d6. Compared to the Mortar, which is 1d6+1, Range 15, and Arcing, it's somewhat underwhelming. Did you mean to have a Threat on it, or a bigger damage die, or even a small range? It'd justify the Inaccurate tag more.

Secondly — would it be worth making the Heavy Nexus Accurate? As it stands, the Smart tag is very value-neutral in that most enemies in the standard lineup have equal or higher e defence than evasion. That, and it would help it synergise more with Centimane's Rank 1 talent.

I am quite fine and happy with the Fragmentation launcher as it is. The simple fact that it retains a main weapon damage profile while being capable of hitting multiple targets is more than enough to ultimately justify the tag, as unlike the mortar, the Fragmentation launcher has free and easy access to accuracy via the Vanguard talent, making its drawback effectively nonexistent.

I also will not make the heavy nexus accurate, as it already has competitive range and Damage for a heavy weapon while lacking any kind of drawback,  and Smart still effectively deals with many dangerous npc's with lower e-defense, like most striker npcs, as well as provide diversity in attacking options. making it accurate would necessitate drastically cutting back the Heavy nexus's potential, and it has enough synergy with Centimane as a talent by virtue of being a nexus weapon with no limiters or drawbacks  that is freely available.
