You're a one-man-typewriter, half-a! Really, personalizations of the crew are what I used to indicate their actions when playing anyway. Kinda strange they got moved somewhere else. One thing I do like about 3O is that it leaves some space for when then PCs explicitly goes cracking under pressure, and being cramped in a space this small for a whole decade staring down lethal doses of rads? Yeesh, can't be good for one's mental health, I imagine, and that doesn't even include Rampancy.
