How can I start the game under FS-UAE (Windows)? Does it need an extra config or can I start it with an 1200 setup?
No, needs high-end config. I tested it with Coffin configuration on FS-UAE, but if you are on Windows, search a tutorial for winuea:

extract the LHA on you pc/mac so you have a folder with the game. Link that extra folder in the Emulator so you can access and play the game.
