I didn't really understand the meaning of what I saw (maybe I'm just stupid), but could you explain the essence?

i set out wanting to generally communicate that someone can only better understand themselves, and better themselves in general, by understanding that even the parts of themselves that they don’t like still are a part of them. and that a lot of personal experience is sorta what you make of it. im not sure how much of my intention really comes through in the end product though… i also think just explaining any audio-visual story outright never really does it justice fully, as the visual and the audio are just as much a part of the experience as anything else
