We have actually just updated the jam's main page with a link to our Discord server, PreggoPixel's Games - it was supposed to be there earlier, but it seems we forgot to add it in this year.
You can find the link under the "Community Support" section of the main page now, thanks for pointing out that it wasn't there before!
