I think I misunderstood something. How do I get to other locations? I can only find Y'shtola at the moment.

Once you reach a total of 10 accross your different job levels (ex: Machinist LV. 4 + Paladin LV. 6) you can access other zones through the "Move" map. The locations with a blue name get you to new regions.
