Can someone tell me how to delete save data, i wanna restart the game
Choose 'Start,' and that should begin a new game. If you want to delete your old files, you can save over your old files with the ones from the new game.
like most Renpy based games you can also delete save files by pressing the delete key while hovering your mouse over the file you want gone.
