Right now most of them are tracked in the milestones in your room. You can go into the game file and view them all (on the Story JavaScript section).
I don't have a definitive list of them all yet because I'm still adding new content as I get new ideas. Someday when I run out of ideas or get too burned out to keep working on the game, I'll put together a fairly definitive guide (or, much preferably, edit/correct a guide that someone else writes!)
