Maybe go back and see if you can kill any other enemies you may have missed, also sorry if I'm wrong but isn't there a shop in that area? Maybe you could buy more medkits or something
Nah its still really hard if i heal. the enemy gonna do 400-500 damage if i go back thats gonna take like 40minute
