Is there a faq/guide I can read? I would like to ask questions on storylines like, can I date the Cheer captain officially? I maxed her Afecction, Lust, and Romance but there is not official date option. Does that happen in the football team story?

The Cheer Captain is a special NPC in Open Relationship with another Special NPC, so their relationship is the main one..
So far will eventually dare your character to attend practice while wearing no underwear & ask your help to convince the Coach about the Skimpy outfit, but has no further specific interaction.
