Currently, body proportion customization is limited. However, sliders for thighs, legs, and feet are planned to be released in version 0.96.X, expected around March 20th for Patreon and SubscribeStar supporters.

As for other body customization options, they may be implemented in future updates, but there is no confirmed timeline at the moment.
