Is level 3 intentionally different from the original? I was unable to find the solution because it varies in the lower right section of the level
Maybe you are playing a different version of the original? I just double checked and they are identical.
I may be incorrect, but all other sources found online suggest that there are four more tiles situated at the bottom right of level 3, or an alternative version exists.
