I think this is a cute idea for a game, but its honestly a bit too simple imo.
Everything in the game feels really binary to me for how the pieces fit together.
Like, just as some ideas;
Rather then going from Work to full getting off at your desk, why not more build up steps? Teasing, Viewing 18+ stuff on your PC, Flirting with someone else, etc.
If we gave each character different profiles, maybe they start more or less inclined, or influenced by certain things, for example. For example, maybe girl B being more Shy or reserved would quickly report flirting or something directly involving her, but if you watched 18+ stuff in the next seat, she might overhear it, and just listen in a bit flustered, but her threshold for reporting is way higher
If the idea is to corrupt people over time, Corruption implies a change in outlook or persona over time. As people's corruption increases, it feels as if they should be less bothered by certain behaviors, or exhibit behavior changes themselves. Like, if someone is at 80 corruption, then they might start to tease themselves at their own desk, etc. With the above point, you could make this feel a bit more dynamic by looking at who has almost a "weak point" that you could use to get a foothold, and tease them, or act as a distraction while you do more risky behaviors.
Its a cute little game, but I just felt I'd give a bit of feedback. ^^ Feel like the idea has alot higher potential then what it currently is, I feel the end goal should be if everyone's at 100 corruption, the whole office is a mess of people openly getting off, or making out with each other, etc as you move to the next floor and continue corrupting the company.
