considering that 0.3 is not even out yet on patreon, that should explain what you would get.
i think what he meant is "will i get access of new updates when they come out if i buy now?, or am i just going to get the current update and have to buy again when new update come out?", but considering that most game gave people automatic access to new content if they bought previous version i would understand why you say that.
