I'm not 100% sure how it was because I have long stopped playing the game and waiting for an update, but, if you have beaten the dummy boss after beating all the other bosses, you should have an item, respawn all bosses and interact with it while in the door to the SLIME boss, the one just above the door to your house. And then enter, it's a way harder boss now, so you should save before entering.
