Interesting idea, but I don't think it works. Some of the options are cut off from the bottom of the screen, and nothing happens when the submit button is pressed.
You don't have to pay funds to develop a game. IDEs are free, so unless you rely on access to a paid internet cafe or smth, you shouldn't need that much money
