despite buying specifically rares, I can't seem to get an eevee in eggs.

Actually i have similar issues with that, i can't get any Eeveevolutions from Egg (Eeveevolution + compatible type partner), but i can get Eevees (really... really randomly) by the general breeding of 2 random Normal Pokemon (even a Eevee + Eevee give me more Sentrets/Hoothoots/Zigzagoons), this issue start the day that the arts of Eevee, Eeveevolutions and Bulbasaur Line dissappear (I can get Bulbasaurs Normally by eggs, buyed or by partners)
