Aside from making sure that it's still set to public, new games are typically subject to indexing, which take a bit of time. I heard it's longer if you're just starting out with publishing games.. So, just wait a day or so before trying to make a ticket.
Also, there is something known as a "manual review process", so it's probably just waiting for approval on the new tag.
