Where did you hear it's not abandoned? I need to get my hopes up T-T

It's not completely abandoned; the creator was still active on Tumblr last September, although at least from what I saw there were no mentions of updates.So (according to the unwritten rules of these types of games) it's too early to consider it abandoned, but we should be patient until there's at least some news about the game's status.
