Where do I start? I loved everything about Merry Crisis! The diverse characters, the writing, the genuine way the relationship are handled; this game checked off so many boxes for me. But, being able to tailor the genders of the love interests to your own preference is probably my favorite part of the game! I also need to give mad respect for the inclusion of Nat, as a megane lover, I need more Black megane in my life. And Shay! That man had me WEAK in my playthrough and I can't wait to see more of him in the full game!
Oh my goodness this means so incredibly much to me, I'm so glad you appreciated the diversity of characters—Merry Crisis was born out of a deep need to scratch an itch for holiday rom-coms with POCs/queer characters!
P.S. Don't worry, there's so, so much more Shay planned for the full game... ;) mountain biking, boxing and dinner, writing songs for each other, etc. Hopefully it isn't too hard to say goodbye when your week's up though D:
