The menu tells you everything with a scroll click? Have you tried understanding the system in a way that make mechs more utility based?
My mecha, The angel, has 3800 energy cap (due to underutilised energy load at 40%, in theory like a human has limited energy utilization but great recovery) with 3800 restart rate at 0.75 restart delay. I immediately realised this meant non stop turbo and it unlocked fast paced boost play with vicious circuit and any lightning damage. Frankly the builds seem incredibly complex, as even arms with high melee aptitude and recoil control could change builds entirely. What I need to know is how TAS is affected by melee and whether or not long range matters as none really can achieve such distance. There is also a god build I have already found that deals 400k+ damage with Gatling Gun Cloud.
Using Whole cyber buffalo, 2x ammunitions augment and pocket mortar that combined with dropped training weights means reloads kill literally every thing.
